Beads weaving is an intersperse process that further involves joining exquisite beads in the strand using adroit skills. The exquisiteness and elegance of beads jewelry entirely depends on the lacy bead weaving and vibrancy of the beads. When it comes to stunning bead weaving, then there are primarily two methods of weaving the beads that have been widely known:- among which foremost is cross-over bead weaving and secondly comes classic Victorian style choker bead weaving. Let us go through with these basic bead weaving processes :-

Cross-Over Bead Weaving :-

Cross over bead weaving is the foremost bead weaving technique. In this process a thread is used with two identical needles and in between the entire process of stringing the bead, these threads i.e. two threads are cross over through more than one bead. In the process of weaving a bead bracelet using cross over process, a person is required to bring different types of item such as freshwater pearls, gold beads, jump rings, silk thread etc. in different quantities. The bracelet bead weaving involves a large process and different methodologies.

Victorian Style Choker Bead Weaving :-

In this process, different method has been adopted as compared to the aforesaid bead weaving. In this process, a person is required to retain beads of the same size and the size of which is inevitably not to exceed more than 4 mm. It is generally believed that bead having 3 mm (either it is mother of pearl or small pearls) is ideal in Victorian style bead weaving. Furthermore, to make the suitable length for 15” neck of the Victorian style choker, a person is required to take a finished strand of 14”. Such size of the strand will definitely drape the neck in appealing manner.
