 The name coral is derived from a Greek word. Coral is the calcified skeleton of organisms living in salt waters. The color of coral bead is either red or pink and it is generally used as ornamental beads. Coral is mostly found in coasts of the Western Mediterranean sea, Canary Isles, Japan and Malaysian Archipelago. Coral bead is amazingly uniform in size, and it is available in either deep, rich scarlet or a lighter, pastel pink color. Coral is extracted from the coasts and used for making beads.
